Monkey Business Bakery was created by Nicole and Jacob Bouchard after Nicole completed her education at the New England Culinary Institute (NECI). The couple saw a need for a bakery that could provide simple, delicious and high quality baked goods, pastries and cakes -- all made from scratch with real ingredients.
Nicole knew from the beginning that it would be difficult being the only pastry chef; and after opening, she realized that in order to provide the level of quality and artisanship she desired, help was needed. It was at this time that Andrea Young, Nicole's classmate from NECI, moved to the Seacoast area and joined Monkey Business Bakery. Working together, chefs Nicole and Andrea are always inventing and creating rich and enticing desserts to tempt any sweet tooth. So, stop in often to check out what's new!
