Tuesday to Friday:  7:00am - 4:00pm
 Saturday:  8:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday:  8:00am-1:00pm (Doughnuts on Sundays!)

Nicole Bouchard was classically trained in the Baking and Pastry Arts program at New England Culinary Institute (NECI) from 2005 to 2007, and graduated in June 2007 with an Associates degree. She has received awards for her sculpted cake work as well as the "Pastry Artisan Award" from NECI in December 2006. Nicole is happiest making delicious custom confections for the Monkey Business gang.

Jake Bouchard is a professional photographer, photolab rat, a pizza maker, a wannabe farmer,  and a UPS employee extraordinaire.  He spends his time crafting ridiculously delicious old-fashioned doughnuts and generally making sure that things are hopping at Monkey Biz.  He's busy from before dawn until after dusk.  It must be all that sugar....
